Abstract: The principle of work of slight oil ignition device is introduced. The main technological parameters, the system structure and main devices were expounded elaborately. Based on these, the analysis and calculation for economic benefit were carried out. The application of this technique brought a fuel saving ratio above 90%, comprehensive energysaving benefit about 80%, cost saving more then 2 million yuan (RMB), the upstanding results have been obtained in economy and social effects.
