Analysis and treatment on fault of seal oil system of 300MW steam turbine generator set

Abstract

Abstract: The hydrogen purity of the generator in unit No.2 of Huadian Weifang Power Generation Corporation Limited was reduced too fast, the hydrogen exhaust/fillin quantity was larger, the air side DC oil pump often started up in interlock mode. All problems listed above were analyzed. The defects existed in the seal oil system of the generator have been improved, and the problems mentioned above were solved finally.
