Abstract: The unit of Shanxi Zhangshan Power Generation Corporation Limited operated in low load condition in long term, and the efficiency of its auxiliary was lower and the house service consumption rate was higher. Aiming this situation, an energy conservation operation experiment was accomplished, in which single feed pump, single primary induced/forced draft fan, two boiler circulation pumps and two mills were put into operation. The effective energysaving measures were adopted, and obvious energysaving effect was obtained.
