Matters needing attention in TSI system overhaul of 335W unit and adjustment scheme

Abstract

Abstract: The problems occurred in 335MW turbine TSI system overhaul of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant were analyzed. According to the practical situation, the matters needing attention and adjustment scheme, purpose of which is to enhance the TSI system stable operation performance, were put forward. According to this scheme, the adjustment values of TSI detectors were corrected, the requirement gap width of TSI system measurement probes were ensured, and the accuracy of the alarm value and the trip value set in TSI system was ensured too. Then the adjustment of TSI according to this scheme gave favorable effects.
