Analysis on defects of 335 MW four cylinders four exhausts steam turbine and treatment

Abstract

Abstract: The steam turbines of units No.1 to No.4 of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant are 335 MW four cylinders four exhausts units. Some problems exist in unit start, shutdown and operation processes, which include that the cylinder expanded not smoothly, the temperature of individual bearing was too high, the shroud of low pressure rotor last stage blade fractured and so on. The reasons of the faults were analyzed, and concrete countermeasures were proposed.
