Reformation of boiler steam air heater of 1 000 MW grade units

Abstract

Abstract: bstract:Since the boilers No.7 and No.8 of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant were put into operation, the steam air heaters leaked frequently, which endanger the save operation of the forced draft fan and cause the soot formation in the preheater. In the minor overhaul of the boiler No.7 at 2011, a new turnover steam air heater was installed. Comparing with the original air heater, the arrangement of the new air heater is more rational，the system resistance reduced，and the soot formation decreased. The reformation result is favorable.
