Analysis on operation of primary equipments of high voltage DC convertor station and fault prevention

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:There is a large quantity of primary equipments in the high voltage DC power transmission system. The models of the equipments are varied, and the maintenance technologies of the equipments are different. These cause that the maintenance and overhaul of the primary equipments are difficult, and faults occur frequently. The main equipment faults of two convertor stations for recent years were analyzed, and targeted treating and preventing measures were proposed, which can be used as reference for maintenance and overhaul of convertor stations.
