Application analysis of silicon carbide ceramics in boiler turbulent combustor

Abstract

Abstract:

The problem of abrasion is existing in large scale power plant boiler combustor operation. This problem changed the air distribution, increased the adjustment difficulty of burning process, increased the primaryair flow rate, and ultimately increased the NOx density. By analyzing the causes of combustor abrasion, and comparing the application condition of aluminum oxide ceramics and silicon carbide ceramics, to use silicon carbide ceramics as antiabrasion material is able to solve the problem of anticorrosion liner detachment and combustor abrasion.
