Abstract:

Cogeneration is an acknowledged energysaving technology, and its comprehensive efficiency of energy cascade utilization is about 80%. Based on the principle of improving energy utilization efficiency, this method should be adopted by biomass biogas power generation projects.Taking the biogas produced from waste comprehensive treatment in a large scale pig farm as a reference, it introduces the cogeneration technology in biogas engineering. Based on the simple balance of energy in the system, quantitative analysis is made on power generation and cooling. The results show that the biogas power generation systems can not only generate electricity, but also produce hot and cold water (7~10℃) by using the lowgrade heat in flue gas and cylinder liner water, which improves the comprehensive efficiency of energy utilization and provides theoretical basis for engineering practice.
