Abstract:

In the operation of ultralow emission of a 300MW unit, the phenomenon of partial nozzle clogging and properly adjusted ammonia injection of partial reactor’s section exists chronically. The analysis is mainly concerned with its layout and location. In this paper. The necessity of optimizing the ammonia injection system is put forward and the original scheme is optimized and modified by means of numerical simulation. Ammonia injection grid is moved from the horizontal flue to the vertical flue. The modified plan has the advantages of less investment and convenient maintenance, etc. It is expected to effectively prevent nozzle clogging, enhance ammonia injection effectiveness and prolong catalyst life.
