摘要:

针对现有箱式变电站(以下简称箱变)实时就地监控功能单一,集中监测与控制等远程运维功能不完善等问题,提出了基于物联网信息集成的箱变运行状态在线综合监控系统设计方案。系统包括现场层、平台层和展现层。现场层以箱变综合监控装置为核心,用模块化的设计思想,实现箱变多种监测信息的采集、分析、显示、控制、报警等功能;平台层为整个系统的协调调度中心,由多种微服务组成,实现对现场层数据的采集、存储以及与表现层数据的交互等;展现层主要用于接收用户请求,响应数据显示,为用户提供与机器交互的接口。实际应用结果表明,该系统在箱变监测方面实时性强、智能化水平高,有效地提高了箱变的运维水平,极大地提升了箱变运行的安全性,是一种柔性强、成本低的方案。

Abstract:

Since current prefabricated substations' real-time on-site monitoring function is simple, and remote operation and maintenance functions such as centralized monitoring and control are deficient,an online comprehensive monitoring system for prefabricated substations is proposed based on the information integration brought by Internet of Things.The system consists of a field layer,a platform layer and a presentation layer.The field layer takes the transformer comprehensive monitoring device as the core,which realize the data collection,analysis,display, control, alarm and other functions in its different blocks.The platform layer,as the coordinating center of the platform,consisting several micro services,achieves the collection and storage of data from the field layer and interaction with data from the presentation layer.The presentation layer which receives user requests and displays response data is the human-computer interaction interface for users.According to the practical results,the system shows excellent timeliness and intelligence in transformer monitoring.It is a flexible and economic method which effectively improves the operation and maintenance level and safety of prefabricated substations.
