能耗分析系统在循环流化床供热机组中的实践与应用

摘要: 介绍了华电淄博热电有限公司循环流化床机组能耗分析系统的结构及功能,该系统利用生产实时数据,结合循环流化床供热机组运行特点,计算机组供电煤耗,分析影响煤耗的主导因素及影响锅炉效率、汽机热耗、厂用电率的具体因素来指导运行操作。分别从床温控制与锅炉效率的关系、热电联产机组经济性调整依据、节能评价指标三层分析方法、运行指标考核体系等方面验证了该系统的有效性。实践证明,该分析系统的使用,使华电淄博热电有限公司#3,#4机组平均供电煤耗有了明显的下降,全面提高了机组运行的经济水平。

Abstract: The structure and function of energy consumption analysis system on CFB heat supplying unit in Zibo Cogeneration Co., Ltd were introduced. Taking use of real-time data and associated with CFB boiler running characters, unit coal consumption can be calculated, key factors which influence coal consumption and the elaborate factors which effect boiler efficiency, steam turbine heart consumption and self-service consumption ratio can be analyzed which the result can guide the unit operation. In order to proven accuracy of the system, more research work is carried out in several parts: the relation of bed temperature control with boiler efficiency, economical character adjusting basis of cogeneration unit and energy saving evaluation criterion, operation evaluation indexes system and so on. Practices show that: the coal consumption of #3, #4 units is decreased, and the unit operating economics efficiency is improved with using this analysis system .
