北方炎热地区火电直接空冷机组度夏能力分析

摘要: 直接空冷机组背压高,凝汽器冷却能力受外界环境的影响大,在夏季大气干球温度较高时,由于高风速、高温的影响而降低了风机和散热器的效率,影响机组发电效率。经过分析认为,采取提高机组满发背压、合理配置空冷系统的冷却面积、无事故切高压加热器运行、向散热器外表面进行水喷雾等措施,能够提高直接空冷机组度夏能力,保证电网安全和汽轮机满发,提高机组发电效率。

Abstract: In direct aircooling unit, the backpressure is higher; the cooling capability of the condenser is affected greatly by external environment. In summer, when the dry bulb temperature is higher, the higher wind speed and higher temperature influence on the fans and the radiators, and their efficiency will reduce; the generation efficiency of the unit will be affected. Based on analysis, it was considered that to adopt some measures, such as to increase the unit fully generating backpressure, to configure the cooling area of aircooling system rationally, to stop the high pressure heater without accident, to spray water mist on external surface of the radiators and others, can increase the ability to spend summer of the direct aircooling unit; which is helpful for ensuring the power grid safety and full generation of the turbine, and the generation efficiency of the unit will be raised.
