摘要: 华电国际邹县发电厂超超临界机组使用的1 000 MW汽轮发电机定子绕组个别测点温度显示值不正常,检查元件安装、接线情况并对存在问题的元件进行了跟踪测量,确定温度测量过程中存在电磁干扰和“接地环路”问题。针对发现的问题,对进行汽轮发电机定子绕组温度测量进行了优化改进,确保汽轮发电机定子温度测量的准确性。

Abstract: In the Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant, the displayed temperature data of several measuring points in stator winding of 1 000 MW turbogenerator were abnormal. The elements installation and connection were inspected; the problematical elements were tracked and measured. Based on this, it was determined that there was electromagnetic interference and‘ground loop’ problem in temperature measure process. Aiming at the found problems, the temperature measurement of the turbogenerator stator winding was optimized and improved, so the accuracy of the temperature measurement of turbogenerator stator winding was ensured.
