摘要: 为降低脱硫系统的电耗,赣能股份有限公司江西丰城二期发电厂采取了合理配煤、低负荷时停运增压风机、减少浆液循环泵的运行台数、及时调整浆液pH值、提高球磨机运行效率等措施对脱硫系统的运行方式进行优化,通过运行方式的优化,显著降低了厂用电率,取得了良好的经济效果。

Abstract: In order to decrease the power consumption of desulphurization system, in the Jiangxi Fengcheng Phase II Power Plant of Ganneng Corporation Limited, some measures, such as to blend the coal rationally, to stop the booster fan in low load condition, to decrease the number of the slurry pumps in operating, to adjust the pH value of the slurry timely, to raise the operation efficiency of the ball mill and others, were adopted to optimize the operation mode of the desulphurization system. Due to the optimization of the operation mode, the service power consumption rate had been lowered obviously, and favorable economic benefit was obtained.
