某电厂 #1锅炉B引风机变频器频繁发生通信故障，针对故障进行原因分析、查找，最终确认故障原因是主控系统中光通母板与光通子板连接处插件松动。介绍了变频器通

信故障的处理方法，对变频器运行提出了一些建议。

关键词: 变频器, 通信故障, 功率模块, 主控箱, 分析

Abstract:

In boiler No.1 of a power plant, the communication fault of the frequency converter for induced draft fan B occurred repeatedly. The reason of the

fault was analyzed and searched; and it was verified finally that the fault reason is that the connection of the plugin connectors between the fiber

communication mother board and the fiber communication daughter board in master control system was loose. The treatment method of the converter communication

fault was introduced; and some suggestions on converter operation were given.
