百万千瓦等级超超临界机组节能减排特点及优化措施

摘要: 神华国华浙能发电有限公司B厂百万千瓦等级超超临界机组设计时充分考虑了经济和环保指标,热循环效率较高。为了进一步提高机组的经济性,通过采取技术改造、优化机组运行方式、规范操作等措施,取得了节能减排的显著效果,使百万千瓦等级机组的各项节能、环保指标有了很大的进步。

Abstract: In the design of the 1000MW level ultra supercritical units in Power Plant B of Shenhua Guohua Zheneng Power Generation Company Limited, the economical and environment protection indexes were considered sufficiently, and the thermal cycle efficiency of the units is higher. In order to improve economic efficiency of the units further, some measures, such as the technical reformation, the optimization of the unit operation mode and the standard operation, were adopted, and obvious results of energy conservation and emission reduction were obtained. The indexes of 1000MW level units in energy conservation and environment protection are improved significantly.
