摘要： 摘要：介绍了我国分布式能源发展的国家规划，根据国内外分布式能源的定义给出了推荐定义，分析了用户端的需求，论述了分布式能源的功能特点和主要特征，指出了该能源模式的应用范围。

Abstract: Abstract:The state programme of distributed energy source development were introduced,base on the definitions of distributed energy source at home and abroad given recommend definitions. The requirements of the users were analyzed.The functions and the features and the application range of distributed energy source were described.
