变频调节技术在凝结水泵系统上的运用

摘要: 摘要:目前调节流量的方式多为节流调节,不能大范围调节电动机的输出功率,所以存在大量的能源浪费。辅机变频改造是火电厂节能降耗的主要手段之一,交流变频调速技术以其卓越的调速性能、显著的节电效果已被公认为是一种最有价值的调速和降低电耗的方式。以华电四川发电有限公司攀枝花分公司2×150MW机组为例,分析了凝结水泵变频调节技术的应用情况及所取得的节能成效,论述了变频调节技术在火电企业节能降耗中的作用。

Abstract: Abstract:The present flow adjusting method is mostly throttling, and due to the output power of the motor can not be adjusted in large range, there is large energy dissipation in this method. The variable frequency reformation of the auxiliary machines is one of main means of power plants to save energy and reduce consumption. The AC variable frequency speed control technology is acknowledged as a most valuable speed control and power consumption reducing technology due to its excellent speed control function and remarkable energysaving effect. Combing with the application of the variable frequency speed control technology in condensate pump of 2×150MW unit of the Panzhihua Branch of Huadian Sichuan Power Generation Company Limited and the analysis on obtained energysaving effect, the function of the variable frequency speed control technology in energysaving and consumption reducing of thermal power enterprises was expounded further.
