摘要:常规的纯凝机组供热改造一般采用抽汽直接加热热网循环水的方式,将高品位的能量直接用来换热,造成了有用能的浪费。采用背压机发电方案,可以实现能源的梯级利用,提高能源的利用效率,并产生一定的经济效益。

Abstract:

Abstract:In a power plant,faults like valve automatically open,cut off valve not in place,oil leak and fire always happen in highpressure air intake switching valves of small size steam turbine since the 1000 MW unit was put into operation in 2010.These problems are solved effectively through such control methods as the corresponding upgrade of switching valve servomotor, cylinder oil inlet changing into dual control, and switching to the higher reliable servo valve.
