摘要:介绍了我国燃煤电厂烟气脱硝装置的现状以及国家对燃煤机组超低排放的政策和要求。为保证选择性催化还原(SCR)法烟气脱硝装置达标排放,针对催化剂堵塞与磨损、空气预热器堵塞、氨供应不足、脱硝效率低等SCR烟气脱硝装置常见问题进行了分析,指出流场不合理、锅炉长期低负荷运行、烟气温度低、空气预热器冷端综合温度低、催化剂性能较差、蒸发器出力不足、煤质发生较大变化等是产生这些问题的主要原因。

Abstract:

Abstract:This paper introduced a current situation of Chinas coal fired power plant using SCR denitrification facility and the policies and requirement according to the regulations of the state for ultra low emission of coal fired unit.In order to make sure that SCR denitrification facility meet the discharge standard,this paper analyzed several common problems that might happen such as catalyst plugging and wearing,air pre heater blocking,ammonia in short supply and low efficiency of denitration,and explained causes that might contribute to above problems such as unreasonable flow field,low load running boiler in a long term,low temperature flue gas,low temperature at the cold end of air pre heater,poor performance of catalyst,insufficient output of evaporator and changing coal quality,etc.
