摘要: 分析了电站锅炉结渣的影响因素,确定了评判锅炉结渣倾向性的指标。设计了预测评判系统平台,可用各种指标及算法进行比较研究,并将模糊数学和BP网络相结合,构成模糊神经网络模型,用此方法建立评判模型对山西大唐国际云冈热电有限责任公司机组的燃用煤种进行了结渣预测,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract: The factors influencing on slagging of power station boiler were analyzed. The indexes for judging the slagging tendency of boiler were determined. The platform of forecasting and judging system was designed. Using the platform, various indexes and algorisms were studied and compared. Combining the fuzzy mathematics with the BP network, the judging model of fuzzy neural network was established. Using the judging model, the slagging of the asfired coal grade of the units in Shanxi Datang International Yungang Thermal Power Company Limited was forecasted, and favorable effects were obtained.
