分布式能源站数字化工厂建设方案分析

摘要: 介绍了在分布式能源站建设数字化工厂的必要性和可行性,对打造“以资产管理为中心,以设备全寿命周期为理念”的工厂管控一体化的整体解决方案进行了研究和探讨。针对能源站的特点,划分了现场总线技术的应用范围,并与常规电站的控制系统及信息化系统的规划建设进行了比较,可为相似电站的信息化建设提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: The necessity and the feasibility of construction of digitalized factory for distributed energy stations were introduced. The integrated solution for factory management and control integration, in which the central task is asset management and the guiding idea is the equipment management in entire life cycle, was researched and discussed. Aiming at the features of the distributed energy stations, the application range of the field bus technology was divided and compared with the planning and construction of control system and informatization system of conventional power plant, which provides reference for similar power stations in informatization construction.
