Abstract:

With the technical development of large-capacity batteries and electric vehicles, the soaring number of electric vehicles and their stochastic charging behavior greatly impact power grid. In the era of 5G,load forecast has to be more controllable and the charging data has to be more timely and reliable,to realize the spot pricing of electricity. From the perspective of demand side, the advantages and disadvantages of current charging way for electric vehicles are analyzed. Then,a spot pricing strategy is proposed, which urges users to charge orderly according to spot price fluctuation. The strategy can alleviate the contradiction between supply side and demand side of power, save energy and reduce pollution, and increase profits.
