Abstract

Abstract: The main content of Clean Development Mechanism, the project exploiting procedure and the development of international carbon market were introduced. Based on this, the application of Clean Development Mechanism in domestic, the transaction method and its impetus to the new energy source development were expounded. The development potential of Clean Development Mechanism market was prospected.
