Abstract: No.1～No.4 lean coalfired boilers in some power plant were early products manufactured using introduced technique from CE.The first unit was put into operation in 1991, the faults of boiler reheater pipes cracking were occurred many times because of overtemperature, wear and crack. Combining with these 4 boilers′ treatment experiences, the comprehensive analyses have been done for the common pipe cracking faults of boiler reheater. An example was presented in this paper as a reference for the same type of boilers.
