Reason analysis and treatment for the leakage of the highpressure superheater in heat recovery boiler of S109FA gas turbine

Abstract

Abstract: In the peak shaving operation mode of the heat recovery boiler of S109FA gas turbine in Hangzhou Huadian Banshan Power Generation Corporation Limited, some problems were exposed. This article introduced the leakage of #2 high pressure superheater in detail; analyzed the reasons of the leakage, and put forward the relevant reformation measures. After the reformation, the unit operates well.
