Abstract:

Base on the overheat of connection point of high voltage transmission line lightning conductor incomer and transformer gatetype frame, far infrared technology was adopted and diagnosed a heating defect of connection metal fitting. The causation and creation condition of heating was analyzed. The onsite treatment and result of heat defect was introduced. Advices for transmission line lightning conductor insulation joint design was introduced. Which could be referred by similar situation.
