    The technical changing track of the thermal power generation, the hydropower generation, the nuclear power generation and new energy power generation were analyzed. On this basis, the influence factors on the technical changes of power generation equipment manufacture, which includes eight aspects such as the development investment, the organization, the manufacturing scale and so on, are analyzed emphatically. The research of the technical changes in power generating equipment manufacturing and the influence factors presented in this paper can provide a basis for the power generating equipment manufacturer to find the innovation opportunities and to select the suitable innovation mode.

    Based on the boiler combustion adjustment experiment, the second air flow, the O2 content and the flue gas temperature were calibrated and verified. The influence of the SOFA swing angle adjustment on the steam temperature deviation was tested, and the optimized operation parameters of horizontal swing angle of SOFA were recommended.

    In trail operation of a turbofeed pump, the sudden vibration was occurred. After operation a period, the sudden vibration became frequently, the vibration amplitude became larger, and the vibration duration became longer. According to the diagnosis and analysis of the vibration fault, obvious lowfrequency vibration component had been found, and it is determined that there was fault in bearing shell of feed pump. The bearing shell had been treated; and then the sudden vibration was weakened and less than alarm limit, so the sudden vibration was decreased obviously or was eliminated basically.

    The excitation system is most important measure to ensure the generator normal operation and the power grid stable operation. Taking the singlemachine infinite bus power system as example, the influences of synchronous generator excitation system on the static stability and the transient stability of the power grid were studied; the relation between the type and the parameters of the excitation system and the critical fault clearing time of the electric power system was obtained by calculation, which has certain significance for enhancing the power grid stability.

    The faults occurred during installation and commission of DG490/13.73-Ⅱ2 CFB boiler manufactured by Dongfang Boiler Factory were discussed, which include the pulverized coal leakage of coal feeder system, the jam of limestone feeder, the coking of furnace and refeeder, distortion and burning loss of ignition duct expansion joint, air leakage of air heater and others. Some typical accident examples, such as the boiler shutdown due to severe water shortage caused by blocking fault of filter screen of feed pump and secondary consumption in tail duct caused by serious overtemperature in economizer area, were introduced, and the reasons of the accidents were analyzed. The solving method and concrete measures to prevent the accidents were proposed, which can be used as reference for same units in erection and operation.
