摘要: 分析了华电潍坊发电有限公司#2机组凝汽器系统原有排管技术的缺点及改造的必要性,从技术结构等方面介绍了TEPEE排管技术的先进性、创新性,并对此排管技术的应用改造进行了阐述。通过对改造后凝汽器参数的变化分析,得出了利用TEPEE排管技术对凝汽器进行改造具有广泛的推广价值。

Abstract: The shortcomings of original tube laying technical of condenser tube system in No.2 unit of Huadian Weifang Power Generation Corporation Limited were analyzed, and the necessity of reformation was pointed out. The advancement and innovativeness of the TEPEE tube laying technology in technical structure and other aspects were introduced, and the application and reform of this tube laying technology were expounded. The analysis of the parameters variation of the reformed condenser shows that the application of TEPEE tube laying technology in condenser reformation is of great promotional value.
