摘要: 通过对空气压缩机运行成本的计算和比较,说明了空气压缩机节能的重要性和必要性。以比功率作为衡量空气压缩机性能的指标,对其能耗进行了检测和分析,以判断其性能的优劣,合理安排运行方式和维修计划,进而达到节能之目的。

Abstract: Based on the calculation and comparison of operation cost of the air compressor, the importance and the necessity of the energy conservation for the air compressor were explained. The specific power was used as an indicator to measure the performance of the air compressor, and the energy consumption of the air compressor was detected and analyzed to evaluate its performance. Based on this, the operation mode and the maintenance plan could be arranged rationally, then the energy consumption aim will be achieved further.
