摘要/Abstract

摘要： 电压互感器的二次回路接线是关系到电网安全的重要因素，如果其中存在缺陷，在一定条件下很容易导致保护装置的误动。介绍了一起由于电压互感器二次回路缺陷而引起的保护误动事故，分析了误动的原因并提出了相应的解决措施。


Abstract: The connection of the secondary circuit of voltage transformer is crucial to safety of the power grid, and under certain conditions, the defect existing in the secondary circuit of voltage transformer may easily lead to incorrect tripping of protection device. An incorrect tripping accident of protection device caused by defect in the secondary circuit of the voltage transformer was introduced. The reasons of the accident were analyzed, and relevant solution was proposed.
