摘要: 广东惠州液化天然气(LNG)电厂3台燃气轮机发电机在检修时都出现了转子直流电阻变大的缺陷,采取处理接触面的方法对其进行了处理,使发电机得以安全运行。根据现场实际情况,提出了不抽转子处理转子直流电阻阻值变大缺陷的方法,可节约大量的时间和物力,有利于减少检修风险。

Abstract: In Guangdong Huizhou LNG Power Plant, it was founded that the DC resistance of three gas turbine generator rotors increased during overhaul. The contact surfaces of the rotor windings were treated, the defect was eliminated, and the generators can operate safely. According to practical site state, a new method to treat the defect of DC resistance increase of rotor winding was proposed, in which it does not necessary to extract the rotor from the generator. By the method, a lot of time and materials was saved, and the overhaul risk was reduced.
