某火电厂选择性催化还原脱硝催化剂运行前后检测及数据分析

摘要: 摘要:选择性催化还原脱硝技术已经成为国内NOx减排的主要技术手段。介绍了选择性催化还原脱硝催化剂的化学成分和主要参数,论述了选择性催化还原脱硝催化剂的机械强度、比表面积、孔容及孔径,检测了某火电厂选择性催化还原脱硝催化剂的主要化学成分、磨损强度、抗压强度、比表面积数据,对比分析了安装前和投运后的2层催化剂的数据,提出了催化剂运行管理的合理化建议。

Abstract: Abstract:The SCR denitration technology is domestic main technical means for NOx emission reduction. The chemical components and main parameters of the SCR denitration catalyst were introduced. The mechanical strength, the specific surface area, the pore volume and the pore diameter of the SCR denitration catalyst were expounded. The main chemical components, the abrasion strength, the compressive strength and specific surface area data of the SCR denitration catalyst of a thermal power plant were detected The detected data of two layer catalyst before installation and after puting into operation were compared and analyzed. The rationalization proposals of catalyst operation and management were put forward.
