为促进区域综合能源系统低碳、经济运行,提出一种绿证-碳交易机制下考虑阶梯需求响应的综合能源系统低碳经济调度模型。在热电联产机组中引入碳捕集和电转气设备,构建热电联产机组、碳捕集和电转气设备的联合运行模型;分析碳排放权交易机制和绿色电力证书交易机制及两者的交互模型,并在用户负荷侧引入阶梯需求响应实现电、热、气负荷的削峰填谷;以一日内系统运行总成本为目标函数,设置多种算例场景进行分析,采用Gurobi求解器对所构建模型进行求解。算例结果表明,所提模型可以有效提高系统的低碳性和经济性,促进可再生能源机组出力并提高其消纳率,具有优良的调峰效果。
