Analysis for the gypsum dewatering system of flue gas desulphurization technical reformation project in Xisaishan Power Plant

Abstract: The configuration of the gypsum dewatering system of the wet flue gas desulphurization technical reformation project in the Xisaishan Power Plant was introduced in detail. The process flow, the burden apportionment, the operation and the maintenance of the system were analyzed. The advantages of the gypsum dewatering scheme of the Xisaishan Power Plant in different load conditions were discussed; especially, the features of the gypsum dewatering system, such as the clear process flow, the high reliability, the operation flexibility, the watersaving and the energy saving ability were expounded emphatically.

