Abstract

Abstract: Based on the calculation and comparison of operation cost of the air compressor, the importance and the necessity of the energy conservation for the air compressor were explained. The specific power was used as an indicator to measure the performance of the air compressor, and the energy consumption of the air compressor was detected and analyzed to evaluate its performance. Based on this， the operation mode and the maintenance plan could be arranged rationally, then the energy consumption aim will be achieved further.
