Abstract:This paper elaborates design thoughts of low temperature economizer in thermal power plant，analyses merits and demerits of each design thought. Take an example of low temperature economizer located before dust remover in 600MW unit, this paper designs two layout plans for low temperature economizer. By comparison of economic efficiency and combination of growing flexible metal enamel anticorrosion technology, this paper proposed a design scheme which comes with slightly low income but small investment and steel consumption amount.
