Abstract:According to the status of Hunan Huadian Changsha Power Generation Company Limited，this paper adjusts allocation of turning time of turbine startup and startup parameters under a reasonable condition. In the process of implementation，mediumspeed warming has shortened from 4.0h to 2.5h，which improves warming efficiency and ongrid energy. Finally，this paper proposes a optimization measure which is to add cylinder drying device.
