Study on primary network water systems combination for heat source side of a thermal power plant

Abstract:

For the heating network of a certain thermal power plant, the primary network water systems of the first and second stages are operating independently. Between the return lines of the first and second stages, connecting valves are equipped. Besides that, some connecting doors are also equipped for water supply lines in multiple places. In order to realize the mutual standby among the 9 circulating pumps of the first and second heating network stages, solve the ultraflow operation problem of single heater of the second stage and maximize the performances of heat pump and electric heat storage device, this paper conducted a primary network water systems combination operation test between the first and second stages. The analysis result of the test data shows that it effectively improves the reliability, flexibility and economics of the heat supply.
