Abstract:

The exhaust loss of deaerator accounts for 87.69% of the total steam loss of gas boiler. In order to improve the economic efficiency of gas boiler in heating operation, measures should be taken to reduce the deaerator exhaust loss. Through analysis, it is confirmed that both excessive and lacking intake water will lead to an increase of deaerator exhaust loss rate. When the load is low, feeding water is heated by admission from the bottom. When the load is high, the feeding water is heated mainly by admission from the top and assisted by admission from the bottom. The measures effectively reduce the exhaust gas loss rate and the gasheat ratio of the gas boiler, and the annual natural gas cost can be saved by about 720000 yuan.
