Abstract:

After lownitrogen burner reformation, the combustion instability of a company occurred in several units. The impacts of the reform on the safety, economy and nitrogen oxide emissions of the boiler were analyzed. Focusing on the five reformed units that have been in loss of ignition,  analyzed from the aspects of boiler check calculation, retrofit installation, cold state acceptance and thermal state adjustment, useful suggestions for the modification and operation optimization for lownitrogen burners are proposed.
