Optimization of operational and cleaning method of predesalination system in thermal power plants

Abstract

Abstract:

To solve the problem of low water production rate in predesalination system of a power generation company, measures for equipment maintenance, system operation mode adjustment and cleaning mode adjustment are proposed after analyzing the water quality and equipment operation mode. The methods effectively improve the water production rate in predesalination system and its cleaning effect. The silting density index in reverse osmosis system is reduced. The safety and economy of the predesalination system is enhanced.
