    Abstract:Based on the reverse osmosis sea water desalination pilot scale test, the operation pressure temperature characteristics and the desalination rate temperature characteristics of the sea water desalination system under condition of constant membrane flux were analyzed. Comparing the software simulation data and the site pilot scale test data, it was verified that under condition of constant membrane flux, when the temperature is increasing, the operation pressure decreases gradually, and the desalination rate decreases gradually too.

    Abstract:Taking the polyurea anticorrosion coating of water tank in water treatment system as example, the polyurea anticorrosion technology and the pollution of the polyurea on the reverse osmosis membrane were introduced. Combining with actual case of membrane method water treatment project, the related problems needing attention in polyurea anticorrosion construction were put forward. The result in this paper is useful for decreasing the pollution of the polyurea on the membrane system.

    Abstract:The target of hydrostatic test of nuclear power plant secondary loop is to verify the tightness of secondary side tube sheet of the steam generator and the pressure resistance of related system. The quality and temperature of the water used in hydrostatic test must satisfy strict requirements. The hydrostatic test items of secondary loop of unit No.1 in Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant and the requirements of the testused water were introduced. The water quality adjustment measures were discussed. The testused water preparing process was proposed, and the water prepared by above process can satisfy the requirement of the hydrostatic test fully.

    Abstract:At summer, the powdered resin precoal filter of a power plant easy splits from system due to higher environmental temperature. Meanwhile, the operation cost of the powdered resin precoat filter is higher. Considering above factors, the operation adjustment test of the powdered resin precoat filter in polishing system of project phase II was carried out. According to the test result, it is feasible to stop the powdered resin precoat filter in a short period, the water and steam quality does not worsen, the indexes of the water and steam are stable, and a lot of operation cost is saved.

    Abstract:The low phosphorous treatment technology was applied in the condensers of six 200MW units in Heilongjiang Huadian Fulaerji Power Generation Company Limited. The application results show that the low phosphorous treatment technology is a water treatment technology for drum boiler with higher technical requirement. By using this technology, the salification in steam turbine and steam flow path was decreased greatly; the scale formation in water wall was reduced; so the service life of the unit was lengthened, the safe and economical operation of the unit was ensured.

    Abstract:The communication requirements between three automation systems of thermal power plant and the difficulties in realization were analyzed. The current three mainstream integrated supervisory control and data acquisition solutions were introduced. Based on this, an integrated supervisory control and data acquisition solution based on maxLINKS of power plant was proposed and successfully applied in 2×1000MW ultra supercritical unit of Huadian Jiangsu Energy Company Limited Jurong Power Plant object phase I. The practice shows that by adopting this solution, the investment and operation cost of the power plant were reduced effectively, the requirement of power plant integrated control and monitoring were satisfied, and the automation level of the power plant was improved. 

    Abstract:In order to reveal the influence of the ground deformation on the additional internal stresses of the power transmission tower in mining subsidence area, according to the law of ground deformation caused by underground mining, using the finite element model simulation, the variation laws of the additional internal forces of power transmission tower under acting of the ground unidirectional tensile deformation, the unidirectional compressive deformation, the bidirectional tensile deformation and the bidirectional compressive deformation were analyzed. The conclusion is that under the acting of the ground deformation, the stress of the main material in the foundation of the power transmission tower is maximum, the stress of the main material in the lower part of the power transmission tower is medium, and the additional internal forces of the main material in the top is minimum.

    Abstract:In demolition and reconstruction process of the original coalfired unit, the gas displacement of the condenser of newbuilt unit was enlarged. It was determined by check computation that the original cooling tower can not satisfy the requirement of fullload generation. The optimization measures, such as to reform the cooling tower, to increase the condenser area and to increase the condenser backpressure, were proposed. After the cooling tower was optimized and reformed, the cooling efficiency of the cooling tower was maximized, and the economic efficiency of the unit was improved greatly.

    Abstract:There was serious scale formation in the inlet baffle of the induced draft fan of a domestic biomass fuelfired power plant, which caused the baffle opening can not be adjusted normally. So it is impossible to adjust the boiler load, and the unit can not operate safely and stably. The Xray spectrum analysis test and the Xray diffraction analysis test for the deposition were carried out, and the test results show that the deposition is NH4Cl crystalline with high purity. The components of the biomass fuel and the soil were analyzed, and the results show that the NH4Cl is mainly from the soil carried with the biomass fuel. The formation condition of the NH4Cl crystalline was discussed, and it was verified that the main factor causing scaling on the baffle is too low flue gas environmental temperature near the baffle. A hot secondary air flow was led into the inlet baffle of the induced draft fan, the flue gas environmental temperature was raised, and the scaling on the baffle was lightened. The baffle opening can be adjusted normally.
