摘要: 华电国际邹县发电厂1000MW汽轮发电机组在第1次检查性大修中发现低压通流出现了严重的汽、水腐蚀现象,通过对低压通流制造材质和工况的分析,对比该厂现有制造材质等级相同亚临界机组的汽轮机低压通流工况,找到了在亚临界机组未出现的故障出现在超超临界机组低压通流的原因,并针对故障原因提出了针对性的措施和建议。

Abstract: The heavy steam and water corrosion of low pressure flow passage of 1000MW turbogenerator set in Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant was found in first inspection overhaul. The material of low pressure flow passage and its operation condition were analyzed, and the condition of low pressure passage was compared with that of subcritical turbine low pressure passage made using same material and the corrosion was not occurred here. The reason of the corrosion was found, and relevant measures and suggestions were put forward.
