Analysis and treatment of lower insulating strength of enclosed busbar of generatortransformer unit

Abstract

Abstract: After the generatortransformer unit of a power plant is shutdown, the insulating strength of the enclosed busbar of the unit often decreases more or less. Taking the Shaoguan Power Plant as example, the features and the reasons of the lower insulating strength of the enclosed busbar were analyzed. The experience of site treatment was summarized; and concrete treatment method was given.
