Abstract:

In view of the unfavorable factors such as the tight schedule, harsh contract terms, complicated boundary conditions and localized procurement of L wind power project in Thailand, the procurement team and the design team are required to communicate at any time, which asks for bringing forward the designing. In the process of onsite designing in Thailand, the traditional design pattern shows a lot of incompatibility.Through the sincere cooperation with the project management team, drawing on scientific management methods, we actively improved the design process, and adjusted the communication methods with all parties involved in the project. Finally, the wind turbines were put into operation  in December 2017. The research can provide a reference for the design of similar EPC projects.
