围海水电站机组技术供水系统的缺陷分析及处理

摘要: 围海水电站水轮发电机组技术供水温度过高, 在夏季对水轮发电机组各轴承冷却效果不佳,各轴承的瓦温、油温、空气冷却器风温都达到报警值并接近停机温度,对机组的安全、稳定运行产生了严重的威胁,分析了故障的原因并作了消缺处理后,改善了冷却效果,清除了机组隐患。

Abstract: In Weihai Hydropower Station, the temperature of the technical supplied water for the hydroelectric generating set was too high, and at summer, the cooling effects for the bearings of the hydroelectric generating set were poor. The bearing bush temperature and the oil temperature of the bearings and the air temperature of the air cooler all achieved the alarm value and were close to the temperature for emergency stop, which threatens the unit safe and stable operation seriously. The fault and the reasons of the problems were analyzed, and the defect eliminating measures were adopted. The fault does not appear again.
