Discussion on extending service life of SCR DeNOx catalyst

Abstract

Abstract: The general operation situation of the denitration system in Hunan Huadian Changsha Power Generation Corporation Limited was introduced. The concept and significance of the catalyst service life were explained. By the deeply analysis of main factors influencing on the denitration efficiency and , particularly, of the parameters of the catalyst, the design optimization and operation optimization for denitration system catalyst reactor, maintenance overhaul and soot blowing control were researched,and their influence on catalyst service life were discussed too.The result is of practical significance to direct the denitration system operation and to reduce the system operation and maintenance cost.
