    Experimental research on economical efficiency of sliding pressure operation of K-215-130-1 type steam turbine

    Taking the Sovietmade K-215-130-1 condensing turbine as example, the thermodynamic performances of steam turbine under fixed valve position in constant pressure operation mode and in sliding pressure operation mode were tested and compared; and the optimal operation modes under different conditions were determined. The test results shows that, under the load range of 135MW to 175MW, the economical efficiency of sliding pressure operation mode is better than that of constant pressure operation mode. The result can be used to direct unit economical operation effectively and reduce the net coal consumption rate of the unit greatly.

    The preparatory work before overhaul, the standardized work during overhaul and the tidying work after overhaul for largecapacity steam turbine were introduced, which can cause the technicians to understand the entire process of steam turbine overhaul clearly.     According to the principle and characteristics of steam turbine doing work, the operation costs of two stage steam extractions of double extraction heat supply unit were comparatively analyzed; and some typical conditions were calculated. The calculated results show that the economic efficiency of the lowerstage extraction heat supply is not always better than that of higherstage extraction. The variation law of the extraction cost and its influencing factors were summarized; and effective calculation method of fuel cost suitable to the production field was put forward.

    Since the two 200MW units of Zhengdong New District Thermal Power Plant were put into operation, some problems exist in turbine lube oil system, for example, the oil seems not too transparent, and the water content in the oil is out of limit. By using of the airsealing oil baffle, the bearing boxes of HP cylinder and IP cylinder of the turbine were reformed. After the reformation, the problem of higher water content in the lube oil was solved; the operation and maintenance cost was decreased greatly; the effect of the reformation is extremely significant.

    After the four N100-90/535 condensing steam turbines of Huadian Energy Mudanjiang Second Power Plant had been reformed into heat supplying steam turbines, some problems, such as the overtemperature of 7th section steam extraction and evaporation of feed pump, occurred. The faults reasons were found by using the experimental method. The unit operation mode was regulated; concrete preventive measures were formulated. So the difficult problems influencing on unit security and economic efficiency were solved.

    The dynamic response of integrated conveyor gallery structure under belt moving condition was analyzed. According to the mechanical characteristics of the integrated conveyor gallery structure when it is under the action of forces, the multipoint excitations of rotating carrier roller of the belt conveyor on the gallery structure was considered. Assuming that the excitations are uniform, taking typical engineering example as research object, using the finite element analysis method, the characteristics of dynamic response of gallery structure were researched. The result can be used as a theoretical basis for design of the integrated conveyor gallery structure to determine its dynamic load.

    The bolt of highpressure main stop valve of a power plant steam turbine was fractured. The physical and chemical test and the failure analysis for the fractured bolt, the material of which is 20Cr1Mo1VNbTiB, were carried out. The results show that during manufacturing process of the bolt of the main stop valve, the control of the heating processing was improper, and there was coarse grain in metallographic structure; in unit operation process, the intergranular crack occurred in coarse grain zone with high stress of the bolt, and the crack continuously extended. Finally, the leakage of the main stop valve and the bolt fracture failure were occurred. The measures to prevent the bolt failure caused by coarse grain were given.

    Aiming at the features of medium and low voltage busbar system, the difficulties in implementation of busbar protection for this system were analyzed. The differences between the complete current differential protection scheme and the incomplete current differential protection scheme were analyzed and compared. Based on data acquisition and transformation through the analog channel of each protection device, the protection configuration, algorism selection and setting calculation were carried out respectively; and a complete solution for incomplete current differential protection was put forward.

    After the boiler No.3 of Huadian Weifang Power Generation Corporation Limited was put into operation in 2006, the heat deviation existed between the left and right tube walls of the heating surface, which easily causes the overtemperature in tube walls; and tube cracking accident had happened repeatedly. The reasons of boiler combustion heat deviation and steam temperature deviation were found; the reasonable reformation scheme and operation and adjustment measures were drawn up. The feasibility of reformation scheme and the measures was demonstrated by the test data. The scheme and measures were put into practical use successfully. 

    The correct installation, use and maintenance of the chain driving system of the slagdredger are concerned with the normal running of the slagdredger of large thermal power plant, and influence on the stable operation of the boiler directly. The installation method of the chain system and the problems needing attention in its use and maintenance were introduced. The reasons of scraper deviation were analyzed, and relevant countermeasures were proposed. It was pointed out finally that if the type selection and use are proper, the domestic slag extractor chain can replace expensive import chain, and the operation cost of the chain system of thermal power generation enterprises can be reduced. 

    There were serious electric discharge vestiges existing in high voltage side phase B bushing end shield of the 220kV transformer in a power plant. The acetylene exceeding the standard was inspected out in the insulating oil in the bushing. Based on analysis, it was judged that the fault reason is the defects of the bushing onhline detecting device in its design and installation, which cause the end shield grounding wire to be broken in operation, the end shield was in suspension, its electric potential was raised and the electric discharge was occurred. A new site bushing replacing method was put forward, in which the discharge of the transformer oil is not needed. By using this method, a mass of manpower and material resource was saved, and the repair time duration was shortened.

    The reasons of coking occurred in a power plant due to firing highsulfur coal produced in Guizhou province were analyzed. The improvement measures were introduced, which were adopted by the power plant to alleviate the coking. These measures involve the coal blending, the air distribution, the oxygen control, the equipment reformation and other aspects. The coking was controlled effectively due to these measures without basic improvement of the coal grade.

    The configuration of the PST1200 series digital transformer protection device was introduced. In a 220kV substation, an accident of main transformer highvoltage side bushing downlead clamp fracture was happened in its copperaluminum transitional zone. The corresponding action logic of the protection device was analyzed; and it was pointed out that when the circuitfracture accident happened, the protection device should not activate or act to trip because of that the device can not feel the fault current. Aiming at common fracture accidents, some improvement measures were put forward, which is helpful for decreasing accident.

    The experiment of using desulphurization synergist in 600MW unit desulphurization equipment of a power plant was introduced. Originally, it was necessary to run three slurry circulating pumps to make the SO2 emission concentration can meet the requirement of related standard. After the desulphurization synergist had been used, the desulphurization efficiency was increased obviously, and only two slurry circulating pumps must be run for the same target; the electric energy consumption was decreased by 951kW·h in a hour. After the desulphurization synergist had been used, the characteristics of the slurry in FGD system and the desulphurization gypsum does not vary obviously; especially, the mass fraction of Cl- and the pH value do not vary obviously, which shows that the desulphurization synergist would not enhance the corrosion of the system, and it would not influence on the gypsum quality too. So, the using of desulphurization synergist has obvious economical benefit and social effect, and does not cause negative influence on the desulphurization system.
